A new momentum for the future
The members of France Sport Expertise gathered at LOXAM for a strategic seminar dedicated to the consortium’s Vision 2026-2030. This all-day event, punctuated by workshops formal and informal discussions, provided an opportunity to outline the main strategic priorities and reaffirm the ambition of the stakeholders in the French sports and events sector on the international stage.
The aim of this seminar was to structure collective action around three key ambitions:
- Conquering new international markets
- Strengthening the economic aspect of sports diplomacy
- Bringing the excellence of the Sports & Events Industry to bear on major global projects
Our debates highlighted a new dynamic: a united, determined collective ready to make France a natural partner for the design and delivery of ambitious, responsible international events that leave a lasting legacy for communities and regions.
In a highlight of the day, the new Ambassador for Sport, Damien Combredet-Blassel, reserved his first words for the France Sport Expertise collective. This is a strong signal that illustrates the growing place of sports diplomacy in French foreign policy, as well as the importance attached by the State to its Sport & Events ecosystem.
France Sport Expertise congratulates him on his appointment, which is excellent news for the entire sector.
Unite to act, act to shine: at the end of this seminar, the sector is more than ever asserting itself as a single voice, driven by the desire to support major events between now and 2030.
Creativity, sustainability, inclusion, operational excellence and value creation for people and regions will remain at the heart of the commitment of France Sport Expertise and its members.
